The drama captures an era in American history when women were called on to keep baseball alive as the men went off to fight in World War II. Layon Gray, the writer and director of the long-running Off-Broadway hit Black Angels Over Tuskegee, continues to expand African-American theatre with ALL-AMERICAN GIRLS, his latest work.
